Shipping Policy
GYMHOME partners with a range of courier and freight companies to ensure your items are quickly and safely delivered to your specified delivery address. Shipping normally takes 7 to 14 days.
Our delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories (Tung Chung) and designated outlying island areas such as, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan, which are subject to extra costs (HKD250) and staff will contact you when processing the order. We do not cover Mui Wo, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Ngong Ping and Tai O.
Return & Exchange Policy
GYMHOME provides a 24-hour order cooling-off period. Refund can be issued with 3% charge for credit card payments. After the cooling-off period, the order will be processed immediately, inventory will be reserved and ordered, and hence, no refund is available.
If any product is confirmed to be damaged on arrival, the customer can replace the product with the same model. Please inform our staff within 24-hour and take a picture of the package and the item for our record to proceed the exchange or refund.
