  • Change order details
    Change order details Once the order has been placed and the payment has been finalised, we cannot change or refund the order after 24 hours. If you would like to change the shipping address for Home Delivery order, please contact our Team for assistance.
  • Normal Delivery Service for Order over 10kg
    - 7-14 days delivery depends on the stock status - Order over 50kg will be delivered to ground level only - The driver of the courier will call you 30-60 min in advance and SMS will be sent if the driver cannot reach out to the related phone no. - Please leave a note of your unavailable time slot in receiving delivery. Courier may charge storage fees for undelivered items over two days. - No delivery service on Public Holiday - Surcharge may be applicable to remote and restricted areas, staff will contact the customer after receiving order. *With the latest update under the pandemic measure, additional lead time may also occur due to public holidays, or in uncontrollable and unforeseen circumstances. The courier is always trying their best to deliver.
  • Delivery for Order under 10kg
    - the order will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point from your given address and SMS noticfication will be sent to your number. - Extra $50 if you would like to deliver to your residential address.
  • Staircase Surcharge
    - The surcharge would be $250 or up, please contact our staff for further assistance. - Please tell us in advance and if the driver agrees to deliver, the surcharge would be collected by the driver.
  • Delivery to Remote or Restricted Areas (Islands)
    - Ma Wan/ Discovery Bay/ Lamma Islands/ Cheung Chau, etc. - Delivery only available for pick-up at the pier
